Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 8 (eight) days from the date of purchase exclusively by customers who have the position of consumer under the relevant legislation, i. e. individuals who have not yet had access to our platform or packages of the consulting sector.

If they have already registered on the training portal or have already received the packages or used the rental equipment for their own use and for purposes not related to their professional activity, they may not exercise this right.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address ICOTEA S.r.l. via xx settembre n. 16 – 97014 Ispica (RG)

These Conditions are governed and governed by the rules in force in Italy, the Customer irrevocably accepts to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts with jurisdiction to decide by the judge of the Court of Ragusa.
