Accreditations

Ministerial accreditations at the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Work and Social Policies recognize that ICOTEA is a qualified Ministerial Training Institute in the field of Training and thus is qualified to realize training activities recognized as suitable by Public Institutions.

• Participation in the online course of Administrative Law allows to earn 12 ECTS (University credits) in the discipline (IUS/10) and is reserved for graduates who need to follow the teachings and pass the examinations of profit of disciplines not included in the curriculum followed for the degree but which, according to the provisions in force are required for admission to degrees, including master degrees, school of specialization or public competitions;
• Exemption from work: possibility to obtain, from the Public and Private Administration, the recognition of exemption from work with PERMITS for the right to study, within the limits provided for by current regulations.

Examination mode and use

• The start of the course will take place in the 24 hours following enrolment, you will be notified via e-mail of the registration process and your enrolment key, so you can immediately access the online classes;
• The registration to the course must be done by 31 December 2024.
• To enrol click on the yellow rectangle on the right of this page “add to cart”.
• To enrol on the ICOTEA e-learning platform this is the procedure: insert username, password and facial biometric recognition.
• The lessons are in scorm mode, which means they are consequential, so the physical presence of the student is necessary to continue with the next lessons and to access the various intermediate and final exams.
• The final exam (60 minutes duration) consists of 20 multiple choices questions you can do in the e-learning platform and an oral exam. If you don't achieve 18/30 you can try again the test, with no additional costs;
• To complete the final exam, the teacher, through the ZOOM platform, will ask you to attend an oral exam (before the exam you'll receive the guide on how to register in ZOOM). The questions will focus on the main subjects you studied during the online course;
• At the end of the Course, ICOTEA will verify the "Access Report" and will release the final certificate only if all the lessons are downloaded and you pass the written exam (multiple choices test) and the oral exam. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail to complete your course;
• You can download the final certificate directly on the e-learning platform, only after having passed the final exams, paid the remaining costs and at the end of all the duration of the course.
